TrainACE is a CompTIA Platinum Level Authorized Learning Partner and EC-Council Authorized Training Center. Over the years TrainACE has been awarded numerous training and leadership awards. These include multi-year EC-Council Circle of Excellence Awards, and the CompTIA ATC of the Year and Outstanding Leader Awards. The EC-Council Circle of Excellence Award is an honor given to the top five accredited training centers in each world region.
To gain these awards, training schools must provide comprehensive and current programs, and undergo rigorous annual scrutiny. Instructors must also keep their credentials up to date by maintaining thier annual train-the-trainer hours and specific certification maintenance and upkeep.

Founder and CEO: Ralph P. SITA, JR., CPA
Ralph oversees all operations, financial data and corporate strategy at TrainACE. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and has been an active CPA for over 25 years. A successful entrepreneur, Ralph started his first business in 1993.
Ralph has a passion for management, technology, and business operations and it shows through the work he accomplishes here at TrainACE. On the rare occasions that Ralph is not at TrainACE, you can usually find him with his family or occasionally on the golf course honing his game.
General Manager: John Walther
John manages all aspects of operations and training here at TrainACE. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park with a degree in Communications and has 20+ years of technical training, IT technical support experience and extensive experience supporting network technologies. John has also been a Microsoft Certified Trainer since 2002, and a Cisco Certified Systems Instructor since 2005 and holds multiple IT certifications. Originally from Rockville, Maryland, John is very familiar with the DMV area and all it has to offer.
Director of Marketing: Paul Ricketts
Paul manages all TrainACE’s marketing activities and is responsible for developing a fully integrated marketing strategy that focuses on putting our students first. Paul is a graduate of Oxford Brookes University, England where he earned his Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computing and Cartography. Paul has experience in a wide range of industries, with a focus on Marketing, Analytics, and Technology.
Paul is originally from England but is currently settled in Greenbelt, Maryland. He spends much of the winter hanging out at the Herbert Wells Ice Rink, where his son plays hockey and spends the rest of his spare time backpacking, traveling, writing and dabbling in photography.
Carlton Clark: Program Manager
Carlton is one of our experienced Program Managers based in our Greenbelt, MD location. Carlton sets the roadmap for students entering the IT field whether they are just beginning or are more advanced in their IT career. Carlton has over 20 years of experience in the enterprise account executive roles.
In his spare time, Carlton runs Capitol Boxing, a non-profit organization focusing on helping youth tackle homelessness.
Carlton attended the University of the District Of Columbia where he majored in Business administration. He is a proud lifelong resident of the District of Colombia and is now settled in Greenbelt MD. He is very familiar with the DMV area.
Jeff Moody: Program Manager
Jeff is a seasoned Program Manager, who coaches and develops IT professionals and those entering the IT profession to reach their highest potential. Leveraging his 20-plus years of high-performance experience educating and developing individuals and C-level executives to achieve their goals and objectives, Jeff marshals the resources necessary to ensure client success.
Jeff is a Navy Veteran, who earned his Bachelor of Science and his Master’s degree from the University of Maryland. He’s a DC native that has been coaching youth and high school football for the past 20 years. Currently he’s the JV Head Coach and Varsity Running Back Coach for St. Vincent Pallotti High School in Laurel, Md.
Jerry Kravetzker: Senior Account Manager
Jerry is a Program Manager for TrainACE and works throughout DC, Maryland and Virginia area. Jerry has earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Wayne State University (Detroit). He has worked for some technology training companies, eventually focusing on the emerging cybersecurity training market for the past ten years and brings a focus on maintaining the highest levels of customer service and support. Jerry, who is an honorably discharged US Navy veteran, lives with his wife in Mt. Airy, Maryland, near his children and grandchildren, and enjoys cooking, physical activity, watching movies, and traveling.
Pam Hasson: Program Manager
Pam is the Program Manager for AWS Marketplace's video tutorials. Pam has a degree in Finance and Marketing from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA.
Her background is in the entertainment industry, managing all aspects of corporate contracts, with a focus on customer service and the customer experience. Originally from Central Pennsylvania, she has been a longtime resident of Howard County, MD.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her three daughters, cooking, and being outdoors.
Kamilah Wright: Marketing Assistant
Kamilah Yasmin is the Marketing Assistant at TrainACE in Greenbelt, MD.
With an education in creative writing and digital marketing & storytelling, she has a plethora of domestic and international experience writing and growing brands on digital platforms.
When Kamilah isn’t online, you can find her enjoying speculative fiction, prepping an infused meal, or at the theater catching a show.
Promotions are provided, when applicable, to Individual enrollments paying full price for training. Government employees are not eligible for promotions from TrainACE, as that may be interpreted as a gift for future business. Exceptions are made if the promotion’s value is $20 or less.
Exam Scheduling Policy
TrainACE provides a testing environment for individuals who register to take exams with Pearson VUE and Microsoft. Please note that while exams are scheduled online through the exam provider, it is essential to contact TrainACE to confirm your testing appointment. In the case of holidays, inclement weather, or weekends, TrainACE may have an amended schedule for testing. We are not responsible for unconfirmed appointments in which the individual visits our testing center on a day that we are closed. Please be sure to contact a representative to ensure that your appointment is confirmed as scheduled.
