Founder and CEO: Ralph P. Sita, Jr., CPA
Ralph oversees all operations, financial data and corporate strategy at TrainACE. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland and has been an active CPA for over 25 years. A successful entrepreneur, Ralph started his first business in 1993. Ralph has a passion for management, technology, and business operations and it shows through the work he accomplishes here at TrainACE. On the rare occasions that Ralph is not at TrainACE, you can usually find him with his family or occasionally on the golf course honing his game.
General Manager: John Walther
John manages all aspects of operations and training here at TrainACE. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park with a degree in Communications and has 18 years of technical training, IT technical support experience and extensive experience supporting network technologies. John has also been a Microsoft Certified Trainer since 2002, and a Cisco Certified Systems Instructor since 2005 and holds multiple IT certifications. Originally from Rockville, Maryland, John is very familiar with the DMV area and all it has to offer.
Director of Marketing: Paul Ricketts
Paul manages all of TrainACE’s marketing activities and is responsible for developing a fully integrated marketing strategy that focuses on putting our students first. Paul is a graduate of Oxford Brookes University, England where he earned his Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Computing and Cartography. Paul has experience in a wide range of industries, with a focus on Marketing, Analytics, and Technology. Paul is originally from England but is currently settled in Greenbelt, MD. He spends much of the winter hanging out at the Herbert Wells Ice Rink, where his son plays hockey and spends the rest of his spare time traveling, writing and dabbling in photography.
Joe Coughlan: Program Manager
Joe is a Program Manager for TrainACE in the Ashburn, VA office. He brings our students an in-depth knowledge of the “DMV” (District, Maryland and Virginia) IT training and certification marketplace. Joe is also a member of the SharePoint Users Group of DC, the SharePoint Users Group of Loudoun County and the IAMCP (International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners). In the evening, Joe is an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Phoenix. A native of the Jersey Shore, Joe surfs when the waves are “tubing.”
Ryan McDevitt: Program Manager
Ryan is a Program Manager for TrainACE in the Greenbelt, MD office. He earned his B.A. in International Business & Management from Dickinson College, in Carlisle, PA, and MBA from Northeastern University, in Boston, MA. He grew up in Silver Spring MD, has also lived in New York City, Boston, and Sevilla Spain, before moving back to the DMV area. Ryan’s hobbies include surfing, golfing, and cooking large meals to calm his nerves as he watches the various DC professional sports teams fail to live up to expectations. He has been a loyal customer of “Mi Rancho” for over 25 years and recommends ordering the “Plato Grande” if you want the tastiest Tex-Mex in town.
Rodney Walker: Program Manager
Rodney is a Program Manager for TrainAce in the Greenbelt, MD office. He has over twenty years of experience in Account Management and the Information Technology (IT) field. He is also trained in IT networking and Security. Rodney brings an in-depth knowledge of the IT field to TrainAce as well as our students. Rodney is from Virginia, and when not working, he enjoys spending time with family, cooking and traveling.
Jerry Kravetzker: Senior Account Manager
Jerry is a Program Manager for TrainACE and works throughout DC, Maryland and Virginia area. Jerry has earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Biological Sciences from Wayne State University (Detroit). He has worked for some technology training companies, eventually focusing on the emerging cybersecurity training market for the past ten years and brings a focus on maintaining the highest levels of customer service and support. Jerry, who is an honorably discharged US Navy veteran, lives with his wife in Mt. Airy, Maryland, near his children and grandchildren, and enjoys cooking, physical activity, watching movies, and traveling.
Rico Cody: Military Program Manager
Rico is a retired Lieutenant Colonel, who served in the Air Force for 25 years as a Communications and Cyber Officer. He has a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Fayetteville State University and a Master of Science in Network Security from Capitol Technology University. Rico has a diverse breadth and depth in IT starting as a network engineer to being an Air Force Unit Commander leading hundreds of technicians to provide end to end IT services for thousands of customers. Rico currently holds 13 certifications including the following: CISSP, CISM, CASP, Sec+, Net+, C|EH, E|CSA, E|CHFI, PMP, ITILv3, and LSSBB.
Pedram Sadri: Business Development Manager
Pedram was born and raised in one of the oldest cities (Isfahan) in Iran and moved to the US right after High School. He has a master degree in Project Management. For the past 13 years, he has been helping corporations and individuals with their education, and training needs. Providing a high level of customer service has always been his priority. When I am not working; he enjoys playing soccer with his son, spending time with his wife and reading.
Noah Dashner: System Administrator
Noah is responsible for IT support and administration, classroom setup and overseeing our PearsonVUE and Certiport testing center. He is from Clarke County, Virginia and has a well-versed background in the IT field. In high school, Noah was the team Captain for his school’s FIRST Robotics League, and in his free time he loves to play music, enjoys hiking, camping and loves to cook for friends and family.
Daniel Nowicki: System Administrator
Daniel is responsible for managing the Greenbelt facility, testing center, and the corporate network. He earned a B.A. of Mathematics and Psychology from the University of Virginia and is presently working toward a Masters of Computer Science from Johns Hopkins University. He has a diverse working background spanning multiple countries and ranging from education and consulting to IT support. He spends his time outside of work fishing, practicing basketball, and keeping up with cybersecurity issues
Isaiah Reid: Junior System Administrator
Isaiah is responsible for assisting the head Systems Administrator on improving workplace productivity. He graduated from Lincoln Technical Institute and majored in EST (Electronic Systems Technician). Isaiah has field experience in computer programming, cable installation along with additional skill sets relating to IT. He grew up in Landover, MD and currently resides in New Carrollton, Maryland. Outside of work Isaiah enjoys exercising, playing video games and spending quality time with family and friends.
Sonia McPhie: Business Manager
Sonia oversees the enrollment, testing, and creation of end of class certificates for all students in the Academy as well as tracks all payment schedules and maintains the database for all students. She has an extensive background in administrative, accounts receivables and data base management. Sonia was born in sunny Oceanside California and has lived all over to include New Mexico, Nevada, North Carolina, Utah, Arizona, Missouri, and Virginia. She loves reading, traveling, great music, and great food.
