Rental Classroom Characteristics

We have space for up to 24 students at a time. Our facilities feature large, medium and small classrooms, all conveniently located for companies in Northern Virginia, Washington D.C, West Virginia and Maryland. ACE's computer training classrooms and facilities are well organized, notably clean, technologically up-to-date, well lit, spacious and have high capability machines, over-head projectors, white boards and easels. We feature comfortable lounge areas, free coffee, full classroom set-up included, full-time technical support, inventory management and storage and of course, free parking for all attendees.

Included Computer Classroom Rental Service and Support

We have assurances in place to make sure your classroom rental session goes smoothly no matter what. Our technical support staff can test your applications before the class. We also have an internet access redundancy line to provide a backup in the event of an Internet Service Provider (ISP) failure or problem. We have taken every precaution to make sure that each rental session is 100% successful. Classroom and break rooms are notably clean, technologically up-to-date, well lit, spacious and have high capability machines, over-head projectors, white boards and easels. We also include free coffee, full classroom set-up included, full-time technical support, inventory management and storage and of course, free parking for all attendees.

Additionally, ACE can provide breakfast and lunch for your corporate training events for an additional charge. We also provide full flexibility to meet the needs of any company's IT, computer training or general employee training requirements.

And, How About a Hotel?? We’ve got you covered there too. We have a pre-negotiated and highly discounted per diem rate at the Hilton Garden Inn (Greenbelt, MD). This rate even includes the breakfast. Classroom Locations; Virginia and Maryland

Greenbelt, MD - Academy of Computer Education Maryland is located within ½ mile from the exit / entrance for the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (295) and ½ mile from the exit / entrance for the Washington DC area Capitol Beltway (495). We are located on Walker Dr in Greenbelt, MD which is directly off of Greenbelt Rd and is behind the TGIFridays and the Capitol Cadillac Dealership. This location is about 20 minutes from BWI Airport and Regan National Airport. This training center offers three classrooms and a VUE and Prometric testing facility.

Ashburn, VA - The northern Virginia location is in the heart of the Dulles Corridor in Ashburn, VA. We are conveniently located directly off of Route 7 and the Dulles Toll Road and we are only minutes from Dulles International Airport. Our training center here offers two classrooms and a VUE and Prometric testing facility.

Rental Pricing for Maryland and Virginia

Our classroom rental pricing below is based on the numbr of attendees, the instructor does not need to be counted in pricing. These prices include the services from the "Included" section above. Lunch, travel and lodgining must be quoted separately if they are to be included. Please contact us for a custom quote for rental requirements of 7 or more days.
