TrainACE was founded in Greenbelt, MD in 2001 by Ralph Sita, Jr. CPA, and it has grown since then to become one of the most highly-respected IT training organizations in the industry. We are proud to be an American small business.

CEO / President: Ralph P. Sita, Jr., CPA
Ralph oversees all financial data and corporate strategy. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, and has been an active CPA for over 25 years. Ralph has a passion for management, technology and business operations. He is a successful entrepreneur and started his first business in 1993, which is now a mature and thriving accounting firm.
Director of Education: Alice Peek
Alice has over 17 years in the technology field and over 14 years teaching IT certification classes and operating schools in the State of Maryland. Alice graduated from the University of Maryland and when she is not working with networks, teaching classes or supporting students and faculty she can be found running a non-profit for animals and volunteering at her favorite animal rescue.
Director of Sales: Thomas Bayhan
Thomas (Tom) manages the TrainACE sales operations. Tom is a graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History. Tom prides himself on industry knowledge, which is why he also studies industry skill sets and has even earned certifications such as the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
Learning Solutions Manager: Robert Halter
Robert is a Learning Solutions Manager with TrainACE. His account portfolio includes the Military, Government Agencies, and a number of large private-sector customers. Robert specializes in working with customers whose core training is focused on Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, EC Council, CWNP, ITIL, ISC2, ISACA, DIARMF, Leadership Development, and Business Process Improvement. He is adept at strategic planning and development of enterprise training solutions. Prior to working for TrainACE, Robert was the Admissions Manager for Academy of Computer Education (ACE). During his time at ACE he applied the highest standards in customer service to increase revenues by recruiting and validating new students from various lead sources and generating sales to corporate and government clients.
Program Manager: Joe Coughlan
Joe Coughlan is a Program Manager for TrainACE in the Ashburn, VA office. Joe brings to TrainACE customers an indepth knowledge of the “DMV” (District, Maryland amd Virginia) IT Training and Certification Marketplace. Joe is a member of the SharePoint Users Group of DC, the SharePoint Users Group of Loudoun County and the IAMCP (International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners). In the evening, Joe is an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Phoenix. A native of the Jersey Shore, Joe surfs when the waves are “tubing”.
Business Manager: Amy Olson
Amy Olson is the Business Manager at TrainACE, responsible for ensuring that the needs of every TrainACE client is met. Olson previously worked in the medical industry as a private office manager as well as a healthcare worker for local government agencies for 15 years. She holds a degree in Spanish and French from Western Washington University, and lived and worked in Latin America for five years. Olson is essential to helping TrainACE maintain its commitment to quality service.
Marketing Coordinator: Ariana Ciancio
Ariana is a recent graduate from Salisbury University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications. She is responsible for growing TrainACE’s brand identity, online presence and industry influence through digital marketing. Her passion for marketing helps to grow the visibility and scope of the TrainACE brand.

Promotions are provided, when applicable, to Individual enrollments paying full price for training. Government employees are not eligible for promotions from TrainACE, as that may be interpreted as a gift for future business. Exceptions are made if the promotion’s value is $20 or less.
TrainACE Approvals and Accreditations
TrainACE is accredited by a number of IT industry and education agencies. In order to gain approvals, programs must be comprehensive, current and undergo rigorous annual scrutiny.
