TrainACE was founded in Greenbelt, MD in 2001 by Ralph Sita, Jr. CPA, and it has grown since then to become one of the most highly-respected IT training organizations in the industry. We are proud to be an American small business.

CEO / President: Ralph P. Sita, Jr., CPA
Ralph oversees all financial data and corporate strategy. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland, and has been an active CPA for over 25 years. Ralph has a passion for management, technology and business operations. He is a successful entrepreneur and started his first business in 1993, which is now a mature and thriving accounting firm.
Director of Education: Alice Peek
Alice has over 17 years in the technology field and over 14 years teaching IT certification classes and operating schools in the State of Maryland. Alice graduated from the University of Maryland and when she is not working with networks, teaching classes or supporting students and faculty she can be found running a non-profit for animals and volunteering at her favorite animal rescue.
Director of Sales: Thomas Bayhan
Thomas (Tom) manages the TrainACE sales operations. Tom is a graduate of Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History. Tom prides himself on industry knowledge, which is why he also studies industry skill sets and has even earned certifications such as the Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH).
Vice President of Marketing & Sales: Ryan J. Corey
Ryan is a marketing professional with over 12 years of experience. Ryan is in charge of corporate strategic planning, P&L and revenue generation. He graduated from Elon University in 2002 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and is pursuing a Master’s Degree in International Marketing Management from Boston University.
Account Manager: Scott Baish
Scott graduated from Salisbury University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science after having received an Honorable Discharge from the United States Marine Corps. Scott believes in the consultative approach and as such strives to match students with the training that will be most beneficial to them. This genuine desire to assist students combined with his attention to detail helps to ensure the satisfaction of all TrainACE clients.
Business Development Manager: Ed Jalinske
Ed is a business development professional who has served as a Director and Vice President of Business Development within several industries including biotechnology and education. Ed works on market strategy and strategic partnership within vertical markets. He also loves meeting with new students and helping them assess their training needs. Ed received his BA in Political Science from Colgate University where he graduated Cum Laude with departmental honors. He also holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School.
Business Manager: Amy Olson
Amy Olson is the Business Manager at TrainACE, responsible for ensuring that the needs of every TrainACE client is met. Olson previously worked in the medical industry as a private office manager as well as a healthcare worker for local government agencies for 15 years. She holds a degree in Spanish and French from Western Washington University, and lived and worked in Latin America for five years. Olson is essential to helping TrainACE maintain its commitment to quality service.
Greenbelt Systems Administrator: Anthony Harris
Anthony is a former student at TrainACE himself and has obtained certifications including: A+, Network+, Security+ and CEH. He is responsible for maintaining the computer systems, network, and labs at our Greenbelt site. Not only does he work directly with the instructors to ensure an optimal lab experience for each student, but also assists in providing computer support for the rest of the TrainACE team.
Marketing & Public Relations Coordinator: Katrina Lowe
Katrina is a recent honors graduate from Florida International University, where she earned her B.S. in Communications. She is responsible for growing TrainACE’s brand identity, online presence and industry influence through digital marketing and public relations. Her strength in writing, creative advertising and passion for marketing helps to grow the visibility and scope of the TrainACE brand.
